Technology
Smart meters provide frequent and accurate data 24/7 using wireless communication. Readings are uploaded to the processing server for analysis, billing, alarms, and reports.
Gateways and RTUs capture meter pulses/data and forward via 3G/4G/GPRS or NB-IoT for central processing. Data is reliable, secure, and timestamped for audits.
iEngineering connects smart water data to EAM/CMMS and SCADA for work orders, alarms, dashboards, and analytics. Managers and technicians can monitor quality, quantity, and pressure—anytime, anywhere.
Sub-Metering Network
Collected data is processed via a 3G/4G/GPRS interface (BCT). One BCT connects up to 16 RMTs and supports up to 200 water meters, enabling wireless end-to-end integration for real-time monitoring and analysis.
GRM (GPRS Transmission) connects up to 32 RMTs within ~1 km. Each RMT (RS-485/Modbus) links up to 40 meters within ~150 m.
